Hi,
Eric Bailey here. I’m one of the founders of The Performance Clinic for Wind Musicians, a Zoom-based lesson program designed specifically for the needs of band programs that might not have the size or ability to justify private instruction in the school.
My first years as a band director were in small, remote districts. I enjoyed the atmosphere, students, and lifestyle that are a part of suburban or rural settings, but I just didn’t have time to attend to the needs of each individual band student through private lessons. I promised myself that if the opportunity ever presented itself to afford cost effective private lessons in remote areas, I would be the leader in that segment of music education.
Well, the time is now. We offer competitively priced Zoom lessons with proven professionals in the field of wind instrument instruction. We welcome your input regarding short-term and long-range goals for each of your students who study with us. We encourage interested parents to sit in on their child’s lessons, and we also teach jazz and pop music if requested. Our goal is to be the secret-silent partner in your band program’s success.
With All-Region etudes close at hand and summer being the ideal time for a student to jump-start their musical progress, we invite you to share this page and our website with your students and their parents.
